Return and Exchange Policies

The Andover Shop prides itself on providing the highest quality clothing and products and amazing customer service.  If a product that is purchased from our store does not meet your expectations, we offer returns within 15 days after delivery for a refund or exchange. Items purchased as Christmas gifts are eligible for return until January 15th. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging still attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash refunds greater than $100 are subject to refund by check. We do not accept returns on any formalwear products including formal accessories. ALL SALE ITEMS, special orders, made-to-measure items, and altered items are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for return. Under certain circumstances, sale items may be eligible for exchange to another size or color of that particular style (additional shipping charges may apply). Undergarments and apothecary items are not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.  Return and Exchange Policy
